My focus is on compulsive sexual behavior, pornography addiction, and the shame cycles that keep people stuck. My work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care — meaning I don't just treat the behavior, I work to understand what's underneath it.
I built Honestly Grounded because I believe access to quality psychoeducation shouldn't require a therapy waitlist. But for those ready to go deeper, individual therapy offers something the modules can't: a real relationship, real-time support, and the kind of nuanced, personalized work that produces lasting change.
Identifying the thoughts and patterns that drive behavior and replacing them with more workable ones.
Learning to observe urges without acting on them — and building a life aligned with your values.
Understanding the role past experiences play in present behavior, without re-traumatizing.
Addressing the impact on relationships and intimacy — and rebuilding what the behavior has cost.
I currently offer individual telehealth therapy to clients in the following states. If you're unsure whether I can work with you, include your state in the form below and I'll confirm.
Individual sessions are 50 minutes via telehealth. I typically meet with clients weekly, especially in the early stages of recovery. We'll move at a pace that works for you — I don't believe in rushing the process, and I don't believe in dragging it out either.
If you've already worked through the Honestly Grounded modules, we can build directly on that foundation in our sessions. If you're starting fresh, that's completely fine too — there's no prerequisite for reaching out.
